Endlich: wir sind ihn los und er kann den Rams nicht mehr schaden... UND wir gewinnen 665.000$ Cap-Money...
Damit ist QB Jeff Smoker offiziell und bis auf weiteres die Nr2 hinter Bulger...

I know Chandler hasn't had a lot of success recently, but man, he's 42 years old! He used to be a kick-ass Quarterback and I think we should give the guy some respect. I mean he obviously has a lot of class, cause he told everyone that it was him who screwed those games up last season and at least he was willing to step it up and give the rams a hand, I mean comon, with 42? Damn, you gotta give him some credit for that.
I'm excited about Smoker tho, when he got drafted last offseason I thought it was a steal, not as big as Jackson but still a good asset, now he can prove that.

Sure he ist 42... But that shouldn´t be the reason why he didn´t understand the plays he got from the sidelines. I am fairly sure, that the playbook got simplified for him against the cards, and he couln´t handle it... Sorry, but 42 means he lost one step or two of his athleticism but not his mind...
And shouldering the blame was really the only thing he could do.. Any other behaviour would have been a shame....
It´s a pity he continued to play the last two years. He should have retired earlier to not leave a bad mark on a good career....
